On each product page, choose your finish and size, then enter your personalization details (such as the name, initial, birth flower or birthstone) in the fields provided before adding to cart.

Please double-check spelling, capitalization and all details before checking out, because each piece is made exactly as entered. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at support@altuka.com with your order number. Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, we can't guarantee changes, but we'll do our best.

Contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Every piece is made to order. Most designs take 1–5 business days to make. The Personalized Birthstone Name Necklace takes 8–10 business days.

After your piece is made, Economy shipping (free to the U.S.) takes about 7–10 business days, and Express shipping ($24.95) takes about 1–3 business days. In total, most orders arrive in about 2–3 weeks with Economy or about 1–1.5 weeks with Express. The Personalized Birthstone Name Necklace arrives in about 3–4 weeks with Economy or about 2–2.5 weeks with Express. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers, customs, holidays or weather.

At the moment we ship to the United States only.

No. U.S. import duties are included, so there are no extra fees to pay at delivery.

When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

For delivery by Christmas, please order by December 1 with Economy shipping or by December 11 with Express shipping. For the Personalized Birthstone Name Necklace, order by November 20 (Economy) or December 4 (Express).

Our jewelry is made from 925 sterling silver. Every design is also available in 14K gold plated over 925 sterling silver.

Necklaces: chain lengths from 12" to 22" (18" is our standard length). Bracelets: 4" to 8". Rings: US sizes 3 to 12, in half sizes.

Gently wipe your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth after wearing it. Avoid prolonged contact with water, and keep it away from chemicals, perfume and lotion. Store it in a dry place when you're not wearing it.

Because personalized pieces are made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size selection or personalization details entered incorrectly at checkout.

Email us at support@altuka.com as soon as possible after delivery with your order number, a short description and clear photos. We'll review it and arrange a replacement, refund or other suitable solution. See Shipping & Returns and our Refund Policy for full details.
